21 March - 1 April 2006: I travelled to China with my mom, dad, and brother Ben. I had been to China before with my mom in 1999 where we primarily visited various places in northern China (Beijing, Guilen, Xian, and Shanghai). This time, however, the focus would be on southern China, where my parents are from. The primary purpose of this trip was to go to my dad's old village to celebrate the completion of the rebuilding of his family home. My parents had gone to China in 2005 to celebrate the rebuilding of my mom's family home. In addition, we visited quite a number of other places and were constantly on the move as we didn't stay put anywhere for more than 2 days.
