This is a DHTML checkers game I wrote for a job interview in June 2011. It took me about 90 minutes to write this. I did not implement multi-jumps. And the version I wrote for the interview had a bug where if a king'ed piece got jumped, the next piece that occupied the spot where the king used to be would get king'ed. I've since fixed that bug. And I made it slightly prettier.

As you can see if you do a view-source, this is a quick and dirty implementation. Given more time I would have procedurally generated the board and initial placement of pieces, did a better job at separating the model and view, and whipped up some images for the pieces instead of using text.

I got the job offer but declined.
